“And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her.”
Mark 1:29-30 KJV
In the above Scripture Peter a powerful,dedicated follower of Christ comes off the road with Jesus and finds his Mother-in-Law sick, Jesus heals her and she begins to wait on them.
If we are not careful we will miss a powerful message in this short passage. It does not matter how close you are to Jesus Life Still Happens. Sickness still happens and family issues still happen but we must learn to trust the Savior. When you are truly with Jesus life happens but Jesus is able to heal, fix and transform life and the issues it brings.\
WE must stop asking Jesus why he allowed things to happen to us and start standing in faith and trusting him as our deliver, healer and waymanker.
